Ally Hilfiger, Byrdie Bell, Fabiola Beracasa, and Lydia Hearst
The products of Patrick McMullan’s influential camera lens came to kiss-kiss and congratulate the photographer at Interview’s celebration of his twentieth year with them. Socialites Byrdie Bell, Fabiola Beracasa, Lydia Hearst, and Ally Hilfiger crowded into Elaine’s on the Upper East Side for the toast, where the man of the hour himself snapped his guests’ pictures. Festivities continued at 1 Oak in Chelsea into the wee hours of the morning, reminiscent of Patrick’s early ascent as Andy Warhol’s protégé and favored shutterbug during the heyday of Studio 54.

Aww! Byrdie looks adorable in that fedora! I love her look.
classic lydia hearst pic: “look at me! i’m an attention whore!”
Byrdie and Ally are so cute. I love those two. I like the fringe on Byrdie’s LBD… gives it a unique edge.
Lydia and Fabiola are a little too matchy-matchy for my taste. Byrdie can get away with it, because she’s wearing black, but Fabiola’s outfit and Lydia’s entire look seem so outdated to me (no offence).
In comparison, Byrdie looks chic. The first picture of her is adorable.
i actually kind of like fab’s outfit. it’s a different look for her. i like the darker hair color on her, too. lydia looks cute, even if it is somewhat gold overload. love byrdie’s cool presence.
Fabiola has a great figure.
Am jealous of Lydia and Byrdie’s legs.
I… don’t exactly dislike Fabiola’s look. Yes, usually one shouldn’t mix red and pink but here, the pink and red are both so bright that they almost compliment one another. Cute fedoras on Fabiola and Byrdie.
Is everyone blind? Byrdie looks ridiculous!
They all look ridiculous, in one way or another. Style mistake after style mistake. It just doesn’t end! The group shot should be a no-no guide to any budding fashionista: “Please do not attempt ever.”
…a prime example of what separates the lydias and byrdies from the charlottes and eugenies of the world… the latter have style and dignity!
