Hanukkah started a few nights ago and Christmas is just a few days away… which means that this website will be going into hibernation for a little while. How, and where, exactly are the faces of Park Avenue Peerage exchanging their ball gowns for bikinis during the holidays?

Sunny socialite Amanda Hearst is taking a road trip with two of her best friends along the Pacific coast of California. They’re starting out in San Francisco, and then following the trailing path towards Carmel, Monterrey, and Big Sur. They will finally arrive at Hearst Castle, which was built by Amanda’s great-grandfather, the publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst, near San Simeon, and welcome the new year back in the Bay Area or in Los Angeles.

Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson will spend her holidays in Dubai, with her baby daughter, Ava Monroe. Casey’s friends, Paris and Nicky Hilton, will be in Melbourne for Christmas, with Nicky’s boyfriend, David Katzenberg, and their family friend, Andy Valmorbida. The Hilton sisters will ring in the new year in Sydney and then jet off to Aspen for skiing with their younger brothers, Barron and Conrad, and parents, Kathy and Rick.

Coralie Charriol Paul, the creative director of her family’s Swiss jewelry firm of Philippe Charriol, is in Aspen right now, but staying away from the slopes, for a good reason, of course! She is happily approaching her final trimester with her second child. Coralie and her husband, Dennis Paul, are expecting a baby girl in just three months. New mother Stacey Bendet Eisner is also in Aspen, with her husband and infant daughter.

Lizzie Tisch will spend her winter vacation in Palm Beach, after a quick jaunt to Paris, where Julia Restoin Roitfeld will be for Christmas with her family. Joining Lizzie in the Florida community are Marjorie Gubelmann, Dabney Mercer, and the newly engaged Nicole Hanley and Matthew Mellon. Julia’s best friend, jewelry designer Genevieve Jones, is in Bangkok, where she is working on her latest accessories collection. Hayley Bloomingdale is catching the rays in Hawaii with her family. Ivanka Trump is welcoming the new year between the ashlar walls of Machu Picchu in Peru.

The exotic Carribean islands have plenty of social buzz. Dasha Zhukova, Zani Gugelmann, Dori Cooperman, Fernanda Niven, and sisters Serena Boardman and Samantha Boardman Rosen are all on St. Barth’s. Dasha and Larry Gagosian are hosting a private post-Christmas dinner on that island on the 28th of this month. Alex Kramer and Rachel Peters will be in Jamaica and Jules Kirby will be in the Bahamas.

Duty Free heiress Pia Getty is visiting her sister, Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece, in London. And finally, Alexandre von Furstenberg will be touring Egypt and Israel after celebrating Christmas in the Maldives with his fiancée, fashion designer Ali Kay.
