Tinsley Mortimer

Dalia Oberlander

Elizabeth Tisch

Amanda Ross and Brooke Shields

Taylor Tomasi

Designer Giles Mendel toasted actress Brooke Shields for her iconic fashion status. Tinsley Mortimer, fresh from filming scenes for Gossip Girl in Chinatown came out to celebrate the designer that made her one of his early muses. (On a side note, Tinsley’s husband, Topper, is a cousin of Brooke’s.) Loews heiress Elizabeth Tisch and Teen Vogue’s Taylor Tomasi also attended the fête at the J.Mendel boutique on Madison Avenue.

Yay!

I LOVE those colors on Tinsley.

Dalia is so cute.

I have been a fan of Brooke since I could remember.

2. GB - August 6, 2008

Taylor’s hair color is so vibrant. Bottle or natural me wonders?

Ms Mortimer looks good. Brooke rocks.

3. constance - August 6, 2008

Tinz is pretty in green, but with the orange accessories it looks like peas and carrots.

Cannot wait for Gossip Girl!

elizabeth tisch looks normal. i actually love it! :)

5. NYC Gal - August 6, 2008

Does anyone know who makes Tinsley’s shoes?

6. c'est moi - August 6, 2008

I actually like the color combos on Tinz – très Hermès.

And a fan of Taylor’s look – casual and natural but edgy.

7. Anaiah - August 6, 2008

tinsley and dalia — perfection!

brooke shields is still absolutely gorgioso. the hair suits her.

8. Greenwich - August 6, 2008

Tinsley’s shoes are Jimmy Choos. She actually looks cute here. The colors contrast really well.

I love Elizabeth’s dress. Looks as great for the outdoors as it does for a nice cocktail party.

9. WA - August 6, 2008

Lizzie Tisch is not really a “Loews heiress”. She married Jonathan Tisch last fall. Nice girl though. Very normal.

These photos are a little disappointing. Can’t wait until fall, when all of the girls try their version of the new runaway looks and fall on their faces. (*evil grin)
JK, but seriously, I miss the decadent girls & clothes!
