The Temple of Dendur’s main stage was lined with thousands of white orchids. Statues of Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman greeted the guests and giant ice sculptures were spread across the room so that it felt and looked like Superman’s Planet Krypton.
The mere spectacle of the night – of getting into elaborate gowns, passing through the press line, and mingling with fellow idols in the celebrity pantheon – left some of the Park Avenue princesses there exhausted. For the endlessly energetic, after-parties were abound throughout the city.
The luxe Nina Ricci soiree at Phillippe was packed with Manhattan’s resident fashionistas and Giorgio Armani threw an impromptu birthday party for George Clooney at Bungalow 8, where the actor was treated to the live sounds of John Mayer and Fergie.

I have hear Allegra Beckhas struggled with anorexia? What is the story? She looks beautiful here as does Bee. Byrdie on the other hand looks a luke warm mess!
Lisa’s dress is… interesting.
Kate is wearing Zac Posen. Love the dress but wrong color for her.
Eugenia is fabulous. She could have been a Santo Domingo by now… now Alejandro is dating Karen. His loss!

Kate’s Zac Posen dress – or something very similar to it but still Zac Posen – has been worn by Lucy Liu. She looks good though.
Lisa no! Usually she hits it out of the park, but not in that photo. I’m hoping it is just because she is standing so awkwardly.
Lisa looks awful. She seems to always wear the wrong shoes lately, too. Those were a horrendous choice for that dress. I think she had some help in looking so fab for the last couple years but now she and her “helper/stylist” have parted ways and now we see her true style — or lack thereof.

I love Lisa, but yes those shoes are wrong. But she is super lovely. She and Eugenia are gorgeous.
