Christie’s was bathed in Valentino’s signature color: the house was dramatically lit in red and guests were greeted to the designer’s dresses in that same shade on golden mannequins. He was there to sign copies of Una Grande Storia Italiana: Valentino Garavani, which came in two luxury versions priced at $4,000 and $1,000 each. Lydia Fenet of Christie’s and Valentino’s Annelise Peterson were on hand to chat with Alexis Bryan, Olivia Chantecaille, and Sylvana Soto-Ward. The champagne was never ending as the party slipped past its scheduled end time. The crowd overflowed into the adjoining rooms of the auction house and previewed post-War and contemporary art.

WOW she is stunning – she has no competition!!!
Annelise looks amazing. Wow, those legs!
Olivia, sorry doll, but you’re starting to look like a bobble-head with your body being so thin.
loving sylvana’s louboutin boots…even though the olsens have overworn theirs already!
Annelise is gorgeous!
I know lots of people are going to make fun of Lydia (because it’s just tradition), but her dress is fabulous, no?
Loving Sylvana as usual, she can do no wrong.
Annelise is absolutely stunning! Everything fits perfectly together! She lost her fiancé years ago. Who is currently her boyfriend?
I know, that is SO sad about her fiance & brother. I wish her all the happiness in the world.
Everyone here looks appropriate for the event and is showing some personal flair. Maybe that’s more a statement about the regulars who AREN’T pictured here than those we see here!
