Nothing brings them out better than a store opening. Chloé, with Vogue, re-christened their store on Madison Avenue with a new interior design. As an extra incentive, the socialites were able to preview three artworks for the Guggenheim’s Young Collectors Council Artist’s Ball auction.
Tinsley Mortimer hosted a luncheon earlier that day to honor Samantha Thavasa at the John Jacob Astor library of the St. Regis Hotel; she had peonies flown in specially from Chile for the fashion company’s one-year American anniversary celebration. She came dressed in her own Riccimie by Tinsley Mortimer line with a bag, too, of her own design.
Alexis Bryan, Amanda Hearst, Margherita Missoni, Zani Gugelmann, Marina Rust Connor, and Olivia Chantecaille checked out pieces from Chloé’s upcoming spring collection and swayed to the tunes of Helena Christensen, the boutique’s guest DJ.

Good to see Tinsley and Amanda, as usual, goes for the win. Alexis just looks wonderful here.
elettra is stunning. i am impressed.
tinsely looks old..amanda looks hot
Laird’s shoes were a bad choice, maybe in summer and without tights it wouldn’t have been so apparent, but with them the fact that her shoes are at least a full size too big for her is just screaming at me.
The Mercer girls, with mother, are in NYSD today – Dabney called Daphne – whoops! Mother’s smile is always lopsided — #4 yes those shoes are awful
I have to say Alexis never does much for me but she is looking wonderful here – color really works for her, she should wear it more often. Margherita can get away with much more than these other women, due to the fact that she is just so fresh and pretty – still not loving these highwaisted jeans, however.
UGLY Bag.. where is the matching kilt or sweater!!
Zani as usual is spot on! Elettra has a bit of vixen and Sigourney Weaver look working in that shot!
Lurve Dalia’s Louboutins.
Tinsley looks rough in that picture. Her face looks bloated to me. Anyone see the NY Mag article about her favorite eats? Maybe all the Domino’s pizza and Oreo pizza dessert?! Usually, I love her, but this is a big miss. She is too little to be wearing such highwaisted clothes. I don’t care for the necklace even though those are very trendy right now and the bag also looks like it could be from the street! I’m very disappointed… And Laird just looks ridiculous- any shoes that actually fit are better than fashionable freebies that don’t!
