Jean-Claude Ellena created a new perfume for Hermès, and to celebrate that, the Friends of the Costume Institute hosted a party with the company at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Fabiola Beracasa, Lisa Airan, Georgina Chapman, Beth Blake, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, and Shoshanna Lonstein Gruss were seated in a row during the party and were brought samples of the new fragrance, by personal attendants, to smell and evaluate. Afterwards, the women mingled with each other and their respective men (Fabiola came with her boyfriend Jason Beckman and Lisa brought her husband Trevor Born) in the candlelight.

Speaking of SLG, I love her dress!! She looks absolutely classic and beautiful. Anyone know if her hubby was there and why no pix of the two?
Personally, I hate Lisa’s dress, but does anyone else notice that her face looks kind of ’skewed’ or crooked? It’s very strange.
Beth Blake looks like she was jogging when she happened by and someone lent her a dress! Yuck!
