Olivier Theyskans is the Oscar de la Renta of this generation of New York socialites. He came just to open a new hall of photography at the Metropolitan Museum of Art but the event quickly turned into an exhibition of Theyskans’s own works– on his faithful clients. Fabiola Beracasa, Tinsley Mortimer, Lisa Airan, and Tory Burch (with dapper boyfriend Lance Armstrong) came in their latest Nina Ricci frocks and joined Renee Rockefeller, Marjorie Gubelmann, Gigi Mortimer, Jennifer Coleman Creel, Rachel Roy, and the San Franciscan Claiborne Swanson for the showcase, and even later in the night, a dinner at Philippe in honor of the designer.

TORY BURCH A “CUTIE”…… Tory must have someone sitting there writting coments when they come up. The fact that Jennifer Creel gets so many negative comments only makes it more clear that TB must be looking at and posting comments on this site. TB has been on a mission to destroy JC and her ex husbad Chris……. HOW WEAK!! They are the two easiest targets in NY.
Everyone looks adorable and fun (except maybe Renee – it is WAY too early for opaque tights, and the dress and boots do nothing for her). Tory looks great yet relaxed as always. She is SO photogenic – I don’t think a bad picture has ever been taken of her. Even when she’s wearing questionable outfits, she still looks good. Rachel is (almost) the same way – I mean, look at what she’s wearing. It’s all ghastly from head to toe. Yet she still looks great. Unbelievable.
Tins. im not a fan, BUT HER OUTFIT IS AWESOME.
Rachel. I’m starting to get suspicious. I have never seen your arms. How bad could they be? You are a lovely, attractive girl otherwise, do you have some sort of a skin condition? Double Amputee? Why else do you never show your arms??????
Derek looks like a total douche. Every picture I have ever seen with him he looks like he is either playing with it, pocketing it, or pointing to it. And take that cell phone out of your hand, you can’t be that important that time would stop for you, look at everyone else…their cell phone are discretely hidden. What a pud!
Love Tinsley’s dress? Anyone know where to get the wrap she is wearing?
wow! Fabiola seems to have found a hair and makeup style that actually suits her. Excellent.

I’m waiting for someone to comment on MGR’s dress. Not a good choice for her.
