Natura Bisse threw an end-of-summer dinner in honor of Cristina Cuomo, their American ambassador, at the Meadow Club in Southampton. Cristina’s friends Tory Burch, Gigi Mortimer, Shoshanna Lonstein Gruss, Valesca Guerrand-Hermès, Alex Kramer, Dayssi Olarte de Kanavos, Holly Peterson, Jamie Tisch, Fernanda Niven, now of Vera Wang, and Gigi Howard, the former paramour of the Crown Prince of Spain and current Natura Bisse public relations director, toasted Cristina late in the evening.
Alex Kramer is fresh from just finishing a new collection for the designer Carlos Miele. Dayssi, after the Dolce & Gabbana presentation, traded her sandals and came with her husband Paul; Cristina kept close to her husband Chris, receiving her guests in the club’s main room.

I love Tory Burch. She always looks great.
I want Gigi’s hair color. Mortimer Blond. Tinsley has about the same color.

dayssi looks cute but she seems out of place. under-dressed… a summer dress at a dinner is unacceptable. same for shoshanna.
very good to see gigi howard make her return to new york. that southern deb was scared by all the paparazzi attention she got in nyc when she dated prince felipe.. she looks wonderful, as tall and blonde as ever.
i like cristina’s dress and tory’s look sans the necklace-collar she has. gigi mortimer makes those fabrics work with the right accessories. alex looks warm, as opposed to her usual stance of cold and scary.

disagree completely. gigi looks like a bad boho trainwreck and her skin-tone is painful – too long in the waist and so red red red. man face too.
valesca scores top grades in every category.
burch is creepily xerox perfect face in every photo. literally one expression.
Priscilla Zoullas is gorge!
Anon, Holly and Gigi are wearing cotton pants and jeans with a strange cuff….isn’t that even more “under-dressed” and “unacceptable for dinner” than Shoshanna’s and Dayssi’s dresses? I see everyone wearing all sorts of things in the casual to dressy range at these events.
Tory Burch’s clothes are really starting to grow on me. I’m liking this gal’s style more and more.
